1. The Green Ag project will facilitate the resolution of concerns of project beneficiaries regarding alleged or potential violations of FAO’s social and environmental commitments.
For this purpose, concerns will have to be communicated in accordance with the eligibility criteria of the Guidelines for Compliance Reviews following Complaints Related to the Organization’s Environmental and Social Standards, which applies to all FAO programmes and projects.
2. The Green Ag project NPMU with the support of the SPMU and GLIU will publicize the mechanism for the receipt and handling of grievances at the local level. A focal point to receive and process complaints will be established at the country office level - this will be the Project Director and FAO representative.
