15 Jun 2021 On 15 June 2021, the GEF-6 funded Green-Ag project in Corbett-Rajaji Landscape of Uttarakhand was formally inaugurated by the Hon’ble Minister for Watershed and Tourism, Government of Uttarakhand, Shri. Satpal Maharaj. In the presence of Green-Ag’s National and State teams, as well as members of the State Steering Committee of Uttarakhand, the Minister said that the Green-Ag project in Uttarakhand will play a crucial role in conserving water, promoting agrobiodiversity and enhancing local livelihoods.
